The above costs assume black ink on unlined envelopes.
One-time surcharges apply for the following:
- Lined, opaque or colored envelopes: add $25.00 to order
- Gold Metallic, Silver Metallic or White ink: add $25.00 to order
- Colored ink: add $20.00 to order
**Placecards/Escort Card (flat or tent styles) any style cost $1.45 each**
HOW TO BOOK CALLIGRAPHY SERVICES
March through September are our busiest months. We recommend that you book us early. At least a full month prior to your due date. Email us or fill out our form and let us know the following:
1.) When you expect envelopes? (we can either meet you to pick them up or if you are out of state we can arrange to have them shipped to our attention)
2.) The properties of the envelopes - lined, unlined, colored, etc.
3.) Ink color - black, metallic, white, other?
4.) Date you'd like to have them completed - (typically, a few days before your desired mailing date to give you time to stuff).
5.) The state of your list - No handwritten lists will be accepted. Excel spreadsheets are fine or label format MS Word files are fine too.
We'll let you know if we have capacity inside the production schedule and we can go from there! MOST envelope orders take 2 weeks. We'll need a 50% deposit to start and will collect the balance upon delivery of your materials!
Table Numbers, Vows, Poems, Certificates, etc. all require custom quotes. Send us the detail on our form and we'll get back to you!
