CUSTOM INVITATION PROCESS


Consultation (phone, email or in person):
The best way to begin is by filling out our form. This will give us a good idea of your theme, your colors, your quantity and your budget.

ESTIMATE
It will take 24-48 hours to provide estimates to potential clients after receiving information. Pricing is determined by invite style and number of enclosure cards and embellishments.

To give you an idea of standard pricing, for a qty. of 100 invitations, (Invite panel and up to 3 enclosure cards with accompanying blank envelopes) expect to pay $8.00 - $10.00 per invitation set + a non-refundable design fee.


Please note that the following add-ons will INCREASE the above stated standard unit costs:

(1) A pre-printed address on the back flap of your outer envelopes and on the face of your RSVP envelopes

(2) Variable guest address printing on the face of your outer envelopes (Computer/digital calligraphy or Hand Lettering)

(3) Additional enclosure cards, belly bands, monogram design, pockets, embellishments/trimmings (rhinestones, ribbon)

DESIGN NEEDS
Once the estimate is accepted, there is an up front, non-refundable design fee. Everyone's design needs are different. There are three different levels of design fees that may be appropriate to what you are looking for:

Design Package Description Pricing
The Jared Package Basic design needs. Appropriate for a bridal shower, baby shower, or engagement party invitation. One panel custom design with 2 distinct options provided. Not exceeding 2 rounds of creative after selecting preferred design option. (Duration: 1-1.5 weeks)
The Tiffany Package Invitation suite with specific color and design element requests. Invitation panel and up to 3 enclosure cards (not including custom maps or monograms). 2 distinct options provided of invitation panel and 1 enclosure card. After preferred design option is selected the balance of cards will be designed. Not exceeding 3 rounds of creative. (Duration: 2-2.5 weeks)
The Cartier Package Invitation suite with specific color and more complex design element requests. Invitation panel and up to 4 enclosure cards, (custom map and/or card requiring a bit of detail can be included) 2 distinct options provided of invitation panel and 1 enclosure card. After preferred design option is selected the balance of cards will be designed. Not exceeding 4 rounds of creative. (Duration: 3 weeks max)

Note: In order to manage the expectations of such a high volume of clients, creative rounds (number and duration) will be strictly adhered to. Any additional rounds required beyond the number stated will be assessed a fee of $25.00 each. Don't worry, we'll make sure you are aware of each round.

**Physical Proofs prior to going to press**

One physical proof printed on the stocks selected prior to the press run (additional proofs carry a $15.00 charge per set - wedding planners, please note that we will provide a complimentary set for yo at no charge)

GOING INTO PRODUCTION
There is a 50% deposit to go into production (some printing methods may require a full third of your project price). We accept personal checks, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover) and PayPal. Please access our credit card authorization form here. The balance is due prior to receipt of materials.

Shipping: We can either deliver invitations to local clients for an additional fee; for our out of state clients, we usually ship final product via insured UPS or FEDEX.

Please allow 6 weeks prior to your maiing date to develop your invitations. We may or may not be able to accommodate rush orders... Rush fees will apply.

The months of March through September are by far our busiest time of the year, and clients who have secured our services earlier will have the highest priorlty.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be a $50.00 fee for all orders that are cancelled after the contract is signed. This is in addition to the design fee and depending on where we are in the process, we may need to additionally charge you for the cost of any material purchases.
